Sub-Acute Unit

Our Cranwell Unit provides rehabilitation and medical services to assist patients regain and maximize levels of independence following hip replacement, amputation, orthopedic injuries, stroke, multiple trauma, cerebral aneurysm, and progressive neurological and neuromuscular disease. For medically complex patients, we provide intravenous and enteral therapy, pain management, post surgical stabilization and specialized skin and wound care.


Alzheimer's/Dementia Unit

Our Rockwell Unit is designed to meet the ongoing individual needs of Alzheimer’s and dementia residents and their families. We recognize that when meeting the challenges of dementia, the need for nurturing, laughter and meaningful programming is of the utmost importance. We are focused on enhancing individual residual strengths and capabilities of our residents as well as promoting a feeling of dignity, peace and security in a dementia-friendly environment.


Pediatric Unit

Our Hallmark Pediatric Unit is a 43-bed unit providing medical, residential, education, rehabilitation, recreation and social service support and guidance to families coping with the stress and confusion surrounding the complex medical and developmental needs of children and young adults. We assist each family design a developmental plan, with their vision for their child’s future, which will assist the child in reaching his/her maximum potential.


Hallmark Developmental School

The Hallmark Developmental School is a Chapter 766 approved private special education program which provides children ages 3 – 22 with a complete academic experience. Lessons are provided in both the classroom and the community through interactive, multi-sensory learning experiences, which utilize individual strengths and preferences. The program activities are designed to access a wide variety of sensory responses through auditory, visual, tactile, proprioceptive, vestibular, and olfactory stimulation. All programs are designed to enhance the development of fine and gross motor skills, encourage students to communicate at their own level, and to offer opportunities for socializing with staff and peers. The teachers complete annual academic/developmental assessments, as well as assist students in creating MCAS alternative assessment portfolios as required.


Long-term Unit

Our Tanglewood Unit is designed to care for our more cognitive residents. We strongly believe in encouraging independence and preserving the dignity of residents through human contact, care and nurturing. Services are provided by a caring and responsible staff who are there to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of our seniors, all in a serene and peaceful environment.
